Due to the current coronavirus situation, all physical classroom courses remain cancelled/closed and have been replaced by Virtual/Online Classroom Courses.
We have assessed the recent government announcements and we can confirm that our Virtual Classroom Courses will CONTINUE to be delivered.
You can book a virtual course regardless of location or which police force in the UK offered you a course – just follow this link to the booking site – https://offer.ndors.org.uk and choose a course provider to book online.
All the courses that we currently offer are virtual classroom courses meaning that they are accessed by the internet from your home address with no need to travel to any destination.
The two and a half hour course will take place online using a digital platform with up to 9 clients and a Trainer. You will need access to a device ie tablet, laptop or desktop with microphone and camera with reliable internet connection capable of streaming video. Smart phones may be used however the course will be far more effective if you have a larger screen.
If you cannot find a course using your own address then please widen your search by taking out your address on the course location screen and putting a county in. This will give you a wider range of courses to choose from. These courses are accessed by the internet from your home address with no need to travel to any destination.
For further information/guidance on how to book a virtual course and who is providing virtual courses – follow this link to assist you once you get to the booking site.
If you have any problems with your access details/details mismatch or any questions regarding your ability to attend your course, please contact the police force who sent you the original correspondence. They will be able to advise you. You can contact the Police by using contact details on your Course Offer letter, or by calling the Non-Emergency “101” number and asking for the department that deal with Fixed Penalty Notices.
If you have had a physical classroom course cancelled and now required to re-book – You should now be able to book (or rearrange) a virtual classroom course by following the instructions above.
If the police have indicated that your offence has been cancelled/no further action or have withdrawn your course offer:
- If you have not already been advised your course payment is being refunded, please contact your course provider using the instructions above.
- If your course offer has been withdrawn by the police, you need to contact them to discuss what you need to do next.
- If you have a further query regarding your situation, please contact the police force that offered you the course (please see your original course offer letter from the police).
