UKROEd/NPCC Roads Policing Conference 2025

Tues 21 & Wed 22 October 2025 Radisson Hotel, Manchester Airport

‘The Road Ahead’ – Shaping the future through recognition, influence and ambition.

29 May 2025 Update

We are pleased to announce that bookings are now open.

Bookings will be opened in two phases – your first two delegate bookings  will be processed with a following email confirmation and any further bookings will be placed on reserve for the second phase of bookings.  This will ensure that all stakeholders have the opportunity to attend. Police will be able to book 2 delegates from senior and operational policing and 2 delegates from support areas (eg CTO/CJ).

When making your delegate booking, please ensure you select  breakout sessions in order to secure your place, spaces are limited.

We can promise you a superb, topical and engaging agenda, ensuring all delegates will be able to share our passion for road safety and saving lives.

As we finalise the speakers and agenda, here is an overview of activities over the two day event:

Day 1 – Tuesday 21 October 2025

Registration and Exhibitions open at 0830hrs.  Refreshments will be served in the exhibition area at 1000hrs.

You will be able to meet our exhibitors who will be available throughout the event to engage with you all – so take time to visit our site over the coming weeks to see speaker and exhibitor updates.

Full conference session in the Manchester Suite will begin, following last year’s feedback, at  1100hrs.

There will be further opportunities to meet the exhibitors and network during breakout sessions and during lunch.

Lunch will be served in the exhibition area at 1335hrs.

We have five exciting and informative breakout sessions where delegates will be able to join NPCC Roads Policing/Policing the future of our roads – where Chief Constable Jo Shiner will be hosting an interactive Q&A session.  Dr Damian Poulter will be presenting the details of the NMAC course review.  You will have the opportunity to join our headline sponsor, Polaris, at their breakout session.  Professor Fiona Fylan will be presenting Drink & Drug Drive – challenges now and in the future. And finally, we have an update session to present the further developments of UKROEd’s Driver Top Up service and BikeSafe.
