UKROEd DORS+ Service Analyst Opportunity

Closing Date: Friday 23rd October 2020

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Location: This role is primarily office-based in Manchester, with some national travel which may include some weekend, evening and Bank Holiday working dependent on service needs.

UKROEd is the wholly-owned trading subsidiary of the Road Safety Trust (www.roadsafetytrust.org.uk). The Trust is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee. Since its creation in April 2014, the Trust has established itself as the leading independent funding body for road safety research and practical interventions in Great Britain.

UKROEd is responsible, through a Scheme Administration Agreement signed by the company and the National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC), for the administration and development of the suite of educational interventions offered to drivers caught offending on the roads instead of penalty points. These courses are collectively known as NDORS (www.ndors.org.uk).

Are you a Data Analysis specialist? UKROEd currently have an opportunity for a DORS+ Service Analyst to work within our Data Security & Information Management business area on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will lead on the day-to-day transaction service management tasks for the DORS+ system and the online Managed Learning Environment which support the National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme. The two systems are referred to as the “DORS+ Service”.

We are looking for a competent professional who has experience of data analysis to inform business decision making. The successful candidate will have the ability to support action throughout an organisation and work collaboratively both internally and externally across our stakeholder landscape. They will also have proven customer service and excellent communication skills.
