Fiona is Chief People Officer at Transport for London, where she leads the delivery of TfL’s Colleague Strategy and roadmap, with a focus on making TfL a place where everyone can thrive.
She is responsible for driving cultural change and oversees diversity and inclusion, employee relations, reward, pensions, talent and leadership development, as well as occupational health and business services functions. She also leads TfL’s internal transformation and broader change agenda.
Fiona brings extensive HR leadership experience from previous roles at organisations including Coca-Cola European Partners and Asda and has played a key role in shaping people and culture strategy across complex organisations.
