Formerly a Head of Service Delivery for a commercial course provider, Jon joined UKROEd in February 2020 originally as a Professional Standards Manager before taking on the role of COVID-19 Response Lead and supporting the organisation through its response to the pandemic.
Prior to his temporary promotion to COO, he led the Stakeholder Engagement & Communications business area, ensuring UKROEd build and maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders whilst cementing the UKROEd brand.
Jon lives in Telford and is father to three boys.
