UKROEd/NPCC Roads Policing Conference 2025 – Delegate Place

This event is FREE of charge (this does not include accommodation – please see Practical Information for hotel details).

Here’s where you make a booking for yourself and/or others for the UKROEd & NPCC Roads Policing 2025 National Conference.  Please see maximum booking information below.

• Operational Police Delegates – maximum 2 bookings per force
• Police Frontline Support/Back-office staff – maximum 2 bookings per force
• All non-police delegates – maximum 2 bookings per course provider/organisation

Any bookings received over the maximum will be placed on a reserve for the second round of bookings. When booking, you will receive a ‘booking pending’ email – please wait for your ‘booking confirmation’ email before making any travel/accommodation plans.

If you have an account on this website because you made a booking for a previous conference or you’re a part of our course provider network, log in first if you haven’t already done so, to speed up the booking process.

You can book individually or add another delegate. Simply add each delegate, with their contact details and dietary, breakout and other requirements to your online cart, then go through the checkout process. Remember – conference places are free but you must complete the checkout process to make your booking request and all bookings are subject to verification and confirmation from UKROEd. We will email the booking organiser to confirm places.
