Travel and parking

Public Transport – the use of public transport to the airport is the best option, as parking is expensive.  Trains/Trams/Buses enter the airport;the hotel is literally located above the station and easily accessed.

Parking – anyone arriving either before conference for set up, or to attend the conference, must pay parking.  The car park is managed by Parking Eye.  Important for exhibitors or any other visitors who may be coming and going, that each trip activates a new period to be settled on leaving.  Arrange with the hotel if you are just dropping off, as they can arrange this with you on the parking system beforehand.

Parking for delegates.  Subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Hotel Parking rates: £9 per car per day, for day conference guests only. Pay at Level 1 business centre where registration must be provided to avoid fines.

Guests staying overnight: £15 per car.  Tickets not issued in the car park.  Pay at Level 3 Hotel Reception.

All guests are to settle their own car parking charges on departure.
