Become a Course Provider
All NDORS course providers operate under a licence granted by our operating company UKROEd Ltd. Once a licence has been granted, it opens opportunities for the licencee to tender for contracts issued by Police Forces.
A course provider is an organisation that has proven they have the resources and infrastructure to handle and process what is often many thousands of referrals to the scheme during the lifetime of a contract with a police force.
Licences to deliver the courses are either full or provisional. If you are not a full licence holder, you have to go through a rigorous licensing assessment to demonstrate that you are a fit and proper organisation to hold an NDORS licence to deliver the service concession to a police force.
To apply for a provisional licence, there is a £1,500 non-refundable assessment fee. On successful assessment, an applicant will be granted a provisional licence.

This provisional licence will last for two year period from the date of issue but will be subject to an annual review as per UKROEd’s Annual Provider Review policy.
Provisional Licence Holders who are awarded a Police contract will be subject to a Year 1 Licence Annual Provider Review within 4 – 6 months from the commencement of their course delivery

NADIP
Current course providers have formed an association known as The National Association of Driver Intervention Providers (NADIP).
The aim of NADIP is to achieve best practice and effectiveness in the setting up and running of driver intervention schemes for all categories of offences, as directed by UKROEd.
NADIP members work collaboratively with road safety agencies and road safety bodies in the interests of better road safety and the general public. They aim to develop and improve consistent standards of delivery and administration.
Full membership of NADIP is open to course providers delivering NDORS courses on behalf of a police force.
For further details of the association, please contact the Chair, Sally Plail – [email protected].
