How do I find a course?

Before following the guidance below, make sure you are on the correct website at https://offer.ndors.org.uk where you will be able to choose either a classroom or virtual course. Virtual/online courses can be booked with any of the course providers as you attend from your home.  Physical classroom courses will require you to travel to the course location.

You can access the system using either your Reference Number & PIN (from your Course Offer letter) or your Reference Number & Driver Number (place your driver number in the PIN field) you will be taken to a Dashboard containing 2 options – “My Courses” and “Manage My Details”. Clicking on “My Courses” will allow you to search for a suitable Course Provider, transfer to their site, and book a Course.

If you cannot find a course using your own address then please widen your search by taking out your address on the course location screen and putting a county in. This will give you a wider range of courses to choose from.

If you have any problems with your access details/details mismatch or any questions regarding your ability to attend either a digital or classroom course, please contact the police force who sent you the original correspondence.  They will be able to advise you.

You can contact the appropriate Police Force by any of the following:

  • Using the police contact details on your Course Offer Letter/police correspondence (where available)
  • Via the police website
  • Call the non-emergency “101” number and ask for the department that deals with Fixed Penalty Notices.
