If using a Smart Phone or tablet, you may wish to download the free ZOOM app in advance of the course from your usual app store. You will then be able to join your iCourse with the meeting ID and password provided in your e-mail or text message.
After booking your course you will receive a course confirmation e-mail, this details all the information you need to know for attending your iCourse, but does not contain the course joining instructions.
5 days before your course you will receive a course reminder e-mail, this e-mail contains all the joining instructions you need to access your course. If you do not receive this e-mail please check your junk or spam folders, failing that please contact our customer care team before your course date on 0116 305 8787 for further assistance.
If you have provided a mobile contact number during your booking and requested an SMS reminder, you will receive this 24 hours before your course, this also contains the details you require to join your course.
As above, your joining instructions can be found on your course reminder e-mail (sent 5 days before your course date) or on your course reminder text (sent 24 hours before your course, if you requested an SMS reminder to be sent when booking your course.)
Firstly, please ensure that you read your course confirmation e-mail carefully, as this contains important information about attending you course. (Please note the joining instructions are not provided in this first e-mail.)
