  • How do I contact Warwickshire County Council Provider?

Where are the classroom courses held?
We currently have 4 venues:

  • What will I need for my online course?

To attend your course, you need a device such as laptop, tablet, iPad, desktop or
smartphone. Your device will need a camera and microphone. This device will need
a stable internet connection and battery power for the duration on the course.

Photo Identification, this is presented to the Trainer during the registration period.

Please have a pen and paper ready for any notes.

  • What platform is the course running on?

Your course will be delivered via Microsoft Teams

  • I have booked my course, when will I receive my joining instructions?

After you have made a booking with Warwickshire County Council you will receive
confirmation via email (from Fastform Online Booking) confirming your date and time of your course. Please check your junk or spam folder if you haven’t received the
email in your inbox. It also contains information and guidance regarding how to
access your course via the device you chose to use. These guides can be found at
https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/drivertraining

  • How do I access my course?

You will receive a joining link 24-48 hours before your course, via email. Please
check your junk or spam folder if you haven’t received the email in your inbox.

On the day on your course, 5 minutes before your start time, click the link (Join
Microsoft Teams Meeting) and follow the prompts that appear on the screen,
allowing prompts that request access to your camera and microphone. Please note
the registration period lasts for 20 minutes. If you require any help or support with
this process, please contact the booking team 01926 412 990, we will talk you
through the process over the phone.

  • What happens if I can’t access my course in time?

Our booking team may attempt to contact you via telephone, this will be from a
withheld number to offer support to access your course. If the registration period has
passed, we will rebook your course if the police completion date allows.

  • I’m not very technical what help can I get?

Once you have received your joining link (received 24-48 hours before your course
via email) please contact our booking team on 01926 412 990. We can run a test call over the phone to help you access the software and test that your microphone and camera are fully working before your course.

  • Can I change my course date and how?

Yes, if we have available course dates and your completion date set by the Police
allows, we can change your course date free of charge. If we cannot offer a suitable
date, we can fully refund your course fee allowing you to contact other Providers to
book an alternate date.

  • I cannot find a course online what happens next?

Please call our helpline – we may be able to help you with a booking. Not all our
courses are available online
