  • How do I contact my course provider?

Once you have booked your course, you will receive your booking confirmation and joining instructions email, which will include all the information required to attend your course. If you misplace these emails you can access your course details by logging into our website: thettcgroup.com

If you cannot find what you are looking for on our website, you can speak with a member of the team through our webchat facility.

Alternatively, call 0330 024 1805, our phone lines are open 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:45am – 2:00pm on Saturdays.

 

  • What will I need for my course?

In order to attend an Online Driver Awareness Course, you will need a device (such as a computer or laptop; tablet; smartphone) that has access to a stable internet connection; a web camera; microphone; speakers or headphones; enough battery charge to last the duration of the course.

You must have photo identification to show to the trainer during the registration process.

Please also have a pen and paper to use during the course.

 

  • What platform is the course running on?

Your digital course with TTC will be held via a secure video link, delivered on the Zoom platform.

Your booking confirmation email will give you a link to use to download Zoom Cloud Meetings in advance of your course.

 

  • How do I access my course?

The day before your course, you will receive a joining instructions email which will include the course link URL and the meeting ID and password.

Please allow any prompts that request access to the microphone and camera.

 

  • I have booked my course, when will I receive my joining instructions and where do I find them?

You will receive your booking confirmation email instantly, which will include details of your course and useful information to set up your device if you do not already have Zoom installed on your device.

You will then receive your joining instructions email the day before your course.

If your email address has changed since making the booking, you will need to update this on DORS at https://offer.ndors.org.uk/#/home

 

  • I am about to take my course but cannot access it, where do I find my joining instructions

If you are unable to locate your joining instructions email, you can access the course link by logging in to the TTC website thettcgroup.com. You will need your driving licence number and postcode.

 

  • I’m not very technical and I am worried that I won’t be able to take my virtual/online course, what help can I get from my course provider?

Once you have connected to the Zoom course, you will be greeted by the trainer delivering the course. Once you have connected, there are no tests or typing involved.
